The exhibition brings together both large-scale and intimate hand‑stitched works, the exhibition examines Thailand’s socio-political history, personal narratives of loss, grief and remembrance and the echoes of the COVID‑19 global pandemic.
At the heart of the exhibition is There’s no Place (2020–present), an ongoing collaborative embroidery project that began at the Koung Jor Shan Refugee Camp on the Thailand–Myanmar border. Participants from around the world contribute stitched reflections on home, displacement and belonging, transforming the work into a shared act of compassion and storytelling.
